Happy New Year!

Once in a blue moon I get motivated to organize my life a little. Sort though paperwork, vacuum under the couch, sew buttons back into shirts…. you know, the boring stuff. Well, it just so happens that there is a blue moon tonight which obviously makes today a very appropriate day to confront “Final Reminder” bills and defrost the freezer.

There’s also something very satisfying about starting a new year with the loose ends of the previous year all tied up in a nice little bow. No overdue library books collecting dust under your bed, none of last year’s forgotten Chinese take out haunting your refrigerator, fresh batteries in all your vibrators.

I imagine all my Virgo readers skimming this entry with confusion in their eyes… people who fluff their pillows every day wouldn’t understand. But my fellow Sagittarians, lovers of freedom and accidentally messy brethren, surely know what I mean. Let’s all make well meaning resolutions to be more neat and tidy, only to abandon them mid-January because there’s something far more exciting going on outside and we don’t have time hang our coat back in the closet where it belongs. We can always pick it up on the next blue moon!

Season’s Greetings

Bizarre Boobie Dreams

Last night I had a bizarre dream in which I had rather ample fake breasts. Now, I don’t find dreaming about having fake boobs in general all that weird, there was a time when I had considered them, but what earned this dream the ‘bizarre’ label was the fact that my implants were actually hand-me-downs from a friend who had upgraded.

I think I’ll keep the originals for the foreseeable future, it’s not quite time to resort to second hand implants.

Things to do today include repotting a sad Coriander plant, attempting pumpkin ravioli from scratch (Tips? Hints?), watching some Elvis movies, updating OMG… so sexy! and painting my nails. Three cheers for lazy  Sundays!

Porn Star or Pony?

I’m pretty obsessed with My Little Pony. As a child many a hour was spent building sandcastles, complete with operational moats, and shoe box shopping malls for Masquerade, Star Hopper and friends. Looking back I realize I didn’t have a lot of ponies but I felt like I had the biggest collection in the world. Desperate Dolphins

Bunyips?

Melbourne Sexpo starts today and for the first time ever I’ll be attending as a visitor rather than as an exhibitor.
